INCESET monster Josef Fritzl has been taken off suicide watch after prison shrinks ruled he will never kill himself.

Psychiatrist Adelheid Kastner, who gave evidence at Fritzl’s trial, said the baby-murdering rapist “wants to take responsibility for his crimes”.

Fritzl, 74, of Amstetten, Austria. got life for keeping daughter Elisabeth, 43, in a dungeon, fathering her seven children and killing one of them.
