But the gorgeous Geordie, who has appeared in hit kids’ TV show Byker Grove, admitted yesterday she’d actually lost out on modelling jobs because she was too glamorous for the roles she was auditioning for – and her boobs were too big.

So the question we’re asking today is – can you have too much of a good thing?

After all, British boobs are getting bigger. The average bra size has ballooned from a 34B 10 years ago to a 36D today.

In fact, they’re so much bigger these days that High Street lingerie chain La Senza has responded by adding a G-cup to their range for the first time.

And Marks & Spencer, which used to sell a G as its largest size, now stocks GG, H, HH and even J-cups for curvy girls.

Another lingerie fi rm, Bravissimo, has even introduced three different K-cup bras for the first time.

There’s also been a rise in the number of girls having boob jobs to make their breasts bigger. About 10,000 Brit babes had the op in
2007 and that fi gure rose by a whopping 30% last year – because girls reckon fellas love bigger boobs.

So do they? You’d think most red-blooded males would be in seventh heaven. But does bigger really mean they are better?

Daily Star beauty Lucy Pinder, a gorgeous 32G, certainly has an army of fans – but so does Big Brother babe Chanelle Hayes, who is just as proud of her small but perfectly formed B-cup boobs.
